Registration is complimentary to all heart failure patients, caregivers, and health professionals. The first 150 households registering will receive an event tote bag with recipes, salt-free spice samples, parchment cooking pouches, and other information from event sponsors.
The program will give patients and caregivers the opportunity to participate in interactive educational discussions with leading heart failure experts and features a heart-healthy cooking demonstration by Dr. Richard Collins, the ‘cooking cardiologist.’
